機械系場地借用指南 | ME Department Venue Rental Guide
一、場地查詢 | I. Venue Inquiry
請點選「機械系館空間網頁ME Building Venue Website」 (僅開放機械系獲授權人員登記;訪客僅能查詢使用狀況)
Please visit the "ME Building Space Website." (Registration is restricted to authorized ME Department personnel; visitors may only check availability.)
內含本館演講廳、研討室、與教室照片及設備內容。連結點入後,可以先從「預定狀況」一目了然看各空間是否可使用。另「尋找空間」可直接輸入擬借時間,網頁即跳出該時段尚可借用之空間。
Includes photos and equipment details for lecture halls, seminar rooms, and classrooms. After clicking the link, you can check "Availability" (預定狀況) for a quick overview of space status. Alternatively, use "Find Space" (尋找空間) to input your desired time; the system will display available venues for that period.
二、相關附件 | II. Relevant Attachments
1.場地借用報價試算表 EXCEL 空白表 (只能輸入綠色欄位,部分為下拉式選單;其餘由公式自動帶出)。 Venue Rental Quote Calculator (Excel): (Fill in the green cells only—some are drop-down menus; other fields will be calculated automatically.)
2.本系借用辦法 (內含空間設備借用費率)。 Department Rental Regulations: (Includes rental rates for spaces and equipment.)
三、借用流程 | III. Application Process
1.查詢與初步核對 | Inquiry & Initial Review:
場地查詢後,請填妥試算表 Excel,並附上活動計畫文件(須說明主辦、協辦方及活動是否收費)。寄回 Excel 後,我們將預先保留時段並審核優惠資格或調整內容。
After checking availability, complete the Excel calculator and attach activity plans (detailing organizers, co-organizers, and whether the event is paid). Email the Excel file; we will pre-block the slot and review eligibility for discounts or necessary adjustments.
2.確認報價 | Price Confirmation:
雙方確認價格後,Excel 表單將轉為 PDF 檔作為正式申請表。
Once both parties confirm the price, the Excel sheet will be converted into a PDF for the official application.
3.繳費通知 | Payment Notice:
正式申請表簽核同意後,將由吳季玲小姐開立繳費單。
Upon approval of the official application, Ms. Chi-Ling Wu will issue a payment slip.
4.進行繳費 | Payment:
請至出納組繳費。
Please proceed to the Cashier Office to make the payment.
5.確認預約 | Final Confirmation:
請將繳費收據影本或掃描檔寄給我們,系統將正式確認預約。
Email a copy or scan of the payment receipt to us to finalize the reservation in the system.
6.設備支援 | Equipment Support:
如需設備支援,請憑核可之申請表預先告知郭淑芬小姐或簡鴻翔先生。
If equipment support is needed, please notify Ms. Shu-Fen Kuo or Mr. Hung-Hsiang Chien in advance with your approved application.
7.冷氣設定 | AC Settings:
使用前,最晚請於前一工作日自行確認冷氣設定。
Please confirm air conditioning settings yourself no later than the last working day before use.
